(Tremonton, UT, 1938 - )

Marion Roundy Hyde is a Brigham City and Logan painter, printmaker, and sculptor (B.S., 1962; M.S., 1969; Utah State University) who has been a member of the USU art faculty since 1968, where he has also served as an effective art department chair as well. A talented realistic stylist with the brush and in woodcut and wood-engraving works, Hyde has had individual exhibitions at the Kimball Art Center, Plum Tree Gallery, USU, and North Hennepin College in Minnesota, while the group exhibitions this artist has participated in have included national print shows at Trenton State College in New Jersey and also in Connecticut. Major commissions of Hyde's work include a Triptych Mural at USU.
