This Salt Lake City resident, is an excellent painter in oil, pastel, and watercolor was born in Richfield, Utah. She studied at Brigham Young University and a school for fashion illustrators in New York City. Also at the University of Utah for additional work, Horne has painted in California as well, and is today a well-respected and regularly exhibiting member of the Utah Watercolor Society. This artist's color sense is superb.
