Thelma Bagnell Parsons of Murray, Utah, is an outstanding realist watercolor and oil painter who specializes in landscape and flower pictures that are often of a color-impressionist sort. She graduated from the University of
Utah in 1949 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and continued to study with other noted Utah artists, LeConte Stewart, Florence Ware, and Ed Marion. She was a member of the Utah Watercolor Society and Utah Fine Artist Guild.
