Kenneth "Ken" Bischoff, Dan Baxter's older brother, has become one of Utah's finest painters of landscape, cityscape, historical scenes, and figures. He is a resident of Salt Lake City and studied at the University of Utah (B.F.A.). Like his brother Dan, his work was exhibited in several Springville Museum April Salons over recent years, plus numerous one-man shows. From the mid-1970's to the present these exhibits have brought his work to the attention of many collectors. He has great admiration for the Utah landscape painter LeConte Stewart (q.v.).
