Howard Lyon is an artist born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He is the youngest of five children. His parents were always supportive of his love for the arts, making sure he had access to materials and education to practice his talents. While attending high school, he met his now wife, Shari Lunt. They currently live in Utah with three children. He studied illustration at Brigham Young University, working with many other artists. Since graduating he has worked in the video game industry as an Art Director, concept artists and freelance illustrator. His works often depict dragons or trolls, creating science fiction scenes. His work can be found in products from Dungeons and Dragons books, World of Warcraft, and others.
